Air-fried Turkish feta rolls

You can thank your air-fryer and the easy and delicious Turkish cuisine for these feta rolls. Crispy on the outside, with a tangy filling… This snack is well on its way to


- 1 package of phyllo dough

- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 1 tbsp dried oregano

- 1 tbsp dried thyme

- Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).


2. Lay out 1 sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface. Brush the entire surface with olive oil using a pastry brush.


3. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of crumbled feta cheese on the bottom half of the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.


4. Sprinkle a pinch of dried oregano and dried thyme on top of the feta cheese. Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste.


5. Starting from the bottom, gently roll the dough up tightly, tucking in the sides as you go. Repeat this process with 2 more sheets of phyllo dough.


6. Cut the rolls into 1-inch slices and place them in the air fryer basket, leaving some space in between each roll.


7. Brush the tops of the rolls with a little more olive oil and sprinkle with some more dried oregano and thyme.


8. Place the basket in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and crispy.


9. Once done, remove the rolls from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
