- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 cup milk

- 2 eggs

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- Olive oil spray

1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of milk, 2 eggs, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix well until there are no lumps in the batter.

2. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

3. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray to prevent the Yorkshire puddings from sticking.

4. Pour the batter into the air fryer basket, filling each cavity about ¾ full.

5. Place the basket in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the Yorkshire puddings are puffed and golden brown.

6. Once done, remove the Yorkshire puddings from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.

7. Serve the Yorkshire puddings as a side dish with your favorite roast, or as a delicious snack with a sprinkle of dried herbs or spices on top.

Enjoy your crispy and fluffy air-fryer Yorkshire puddings!
