Dig out your air-fryer to make some golden and crispy yorkshire puddings – you can do more than you think with this energy-efficient gadget
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Olive oil spray
Direction:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of milk, 2 eggs, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix well until there are no lumps in the batter.
2. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
3. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray to prevent the Yorkshire puddings from sticking.
4. Pour the batter into the air fryer basket, filling each cavity about ¾ full.
5. Place the basket in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the Yorkshire puddings are puffed and golden brown.
