Cajun Chicken Alfredo

This spicy and flavorful pasta dish features juicy Cajun-spiced chicken in a creamy alfredo sauce, perfect for a satisfying dinner.


- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- Cajun seasoning

- Salt

- Pepper

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 tsp dried oregano

- 1/4 tsp dried basil

- 1/4 tsp dried thyme

- 1/4 tsp paprika

- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper


1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

2. In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add chicken to the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until fully cooked. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.

3. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add in grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, thyme, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Stir until cheese is fully melted and the sauce has thickened.

5. Add the cooked chicken back into the pan and stir to coat it with the sauce.

6. Serve the Cajun chicken alfredo over the cooked fettuccine pasta.

Optional: Garnish with additional grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley for added flavor and presentation. Enjoy your delicious Cajun chicken alfredo!
