- 1 lb chicken breast, diced

- 1 box (16 oz) penne pasta

- 2 cups Alfredo sauce

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

- Salt and pepper, to taste


1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until it is no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.

4. Season the chicken with garlic powder, dried Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
