- 1 pound chicken breast, diced

- 8 oz chow mein noodles

- 1 onion, diced

- 1 red bell pepper, diced

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp onion powder

- Salt and pepper, to taste

Direction:

1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked and slightly browned.

3. Add diced onion, red bell pepper, and broccoli florets to the pan with the chicken. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until vegetables are tender.

4. Add minced garlic to the pan and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

5. Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir to coat everything evenly and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.

6. Finally, add the cooked chow mein noodles to the pan and stir everything together. Let it cook for an additional 2 minutes, until the noodles are heated through.
