Chocolate & Marshmallow Smores

Hot gooey marshmallows and melted chocolate all wrapped up in toasty cinnamon fruit loaf, with more chocolate on top. These s'mores are easy to make, delicious and a comfortingly re-assuring excess of calories and sugar.


- Graham crackers (10-12)

- Chocolate bars (milk or dark)

- Marshmallows (10-12)

- Olive oil

- Sea salt (optional)


1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the graham crackers on it, making sure they are in a single layer.

3. Break the chocolate bars into small pieces and place them on top of the graham crackers. You can use as much or as little chocolate as you like, depending on your preference.

4. Next, take a marshmallow and carefully slice it in half lengthwise. Place one half on top of each graham cracker with chocolate.

5. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the marshmallows. This will help them turn golden brown and give them a nice crunch.

6. If desired, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the marshmallows for a touch of savory flavor.

7. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is melted.

8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

9. Optional step: For a more traditional smores experience, you can place another graham cracker on top of the melted marshmallow and gently press down to create a sandwich.

10. Enjoy your delicious chocolate and marshmallow smores! These can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature.
