Using a Kmart pie maker, these easy chocolate molten puddings are ready in just 7 minutes. They're perfect for a last-minute dessert.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter

- 2 eggs

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- Olive oil for greasing

- Salt for seasoning

Direction:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 4 ramekins with olive oil and set them aside.

2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of unsalted butter. Stir until smooth.

3. In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs and 1/4 cup of granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring constantly.

5. Sift in 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt. Fold the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture until just combined.

6. Divide the batter evenly among the greased ramekins. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.

7. While the puddings are in the oven, melt the remaining 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips in the microwave. Set aside.

8. Once the puddings are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a minute. Then, using a butter knife, gently loosen the edges and invert the puddings onto serving plates.

9. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the warm puddings and serve immediately. The center of the puddings should be molten and gooey.

Enjoy your rich and decadent chocolate molten puddings, and impress your friends and family with this simple yet delicious recipe!
