Cookie dough pizza

We've seen pizza in all sorts of varieties, but this has to be our favourite. Top your cookie dough pizza base with any treats that take your fancy


- 1 roll of cookie dough

- Olive oil

- Salt

- Black pepper

- Garlic powder

- Dried oregano

- Dried basil

- Shredded mozzarella cheese

- Pizza sauce

- Assorted toppings (such as pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)





1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the cookie dough into a thin, round shape. Place the dough on a greased pizza pan or baking sheet.

3. Brush a thin layer of olive oil on top of the cookie dough, using a pastry brush or your fingers.

4. Sprinkle a pinch of salt, black pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil on top of the olive oil. Use your fingers to gently spread the seasonings evenly across the dough.

5. Spread a layer of pizza sauce on top of the seasoned dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

6. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza sauce.

7. Add your desired toppings, such as pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms.

8. Bake the cookie dough pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

9. Once done, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
