Cookie dough truffles

Make Christmas extra special with these cookie dough truffles. They're the perfect gift for family and friends, or serve with coffee after a festive feast


- 1 package of pre-made cookie dough (any flavor of your choice)

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 1 tsp seasoning (such as cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice)

- 1 tsp dried spices (such as ginger or nutmeg)



1. Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended on the cookie dough package.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie dough, olive oil, seasoning, and dried spices. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

3. Roll the cookie dough into small bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

4. Place the cookie dough balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5. Bake the cookie dough balls in the oven for the amount of time specified on the cookie dough package, or until they are lightly golden brown.

6. Once done, remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the cookie dough balls to cool for about 5 minutes.

7. Optional step: You can roll the warm cookie dough balls in additional seasoning or spices, if desired, for extra flavor.
