Cookies & Cream Brownies

Whoever thought you could make chocolate brownies in a pie-maker? Try this easy recipe for pie-maker cookies and cream brownies for a no-fuss treat.


- 1 box of chocolate cake mix

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

- 2 eggs

- 1/4 cup water

- 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies

- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

- Olive oil

- Salt

- Vanilla extract


1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with olive oil and set aside.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Mix until well combined.

3. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips into the batter.

4. Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and spread it evenly.

5. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil over the top of the batter. This will help create a crispy crust on the brownies.

6. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the top of the batter for a hint of savory flavor.

7. Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

8. Once done, remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes.

9. While the brownies are still warm, drizzle some vanilla extract over the top for a delicious aroma and flavor.
