Stack up our best ever chocolate sponges and smother in a biscuit icing to make this towering celebration cake

- 1 box of chocolate cake mix

- 1 package of Oreos (18 cookies)

- 1/2 cup olive oil

- 3 eggs

- 1 cup water

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp salt

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup crushed Oreos

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan with olive oil.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, 1/2 cup of olive oil, 3 eggs, 1 cup of water, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 1 tsp of cinnamon, and 1 tsp of salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

3. Take 8 Oreos and break them into large chunks. Gently fold them into the cake batter.

4. Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.

5. Bake the cake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

6. While the cake is baking, prepare the cookies and cream frosting. In a mixing bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.

7. Gradually add in 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla extract, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.

8. Crush 10 Oreos into small pieces and gently fold them into the whipped cream.

9. Once the cake has cooled, remove it from the pan and place it on a serving platter.

10. Spread the cookies and cream frosting evenly over the top of the cake.

11. Crush the remaining Oreos into fine crumbs and sprinkle them over the top of the frosting.

12. Serve and enjoy your delicious cookies and cream party cake! Optional: You can also add additional crushed Oreos or whole Oreos around the base of the cake for decoration.
