Crab-Topped Fish Fillets

Crab-Topped Fish Fillets are elegant enough for company but truly no-fuss. We live in south Florida, where fish is abundant. We like to get together with friends in the afternoon, so I often need to whip up a quick dinner when we get home. This special fish is one of our favorites

- 4 fish fillets (any type of white fish will work)

- 1 can of crab meat

- Olive oil

- Salt

- Pepper

- Garlic powder

- Paprika

- Dried parsley

- Lemon wedges (optional)

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly brush it with olive oil.

3. Place the fish fillets on the baking sheet and season them with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

4. In a bowl, mix together the canned crab meat with a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of salt, and a dash of paprika.

5. Top each fish fillet with the crab mixture, spreading it evenly.

6. Sprinkle dried parsley over the crab-topped fillets.

7. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is fully cooked and the crab is heated through.

8. Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon juice on top, if desired.

Enjoy your delicious and easy crab-topped fish fillets! They make a great main dish for a quick weeknight dinner or a special occasion.
