I think it's pretty safe to say that cookies and cream is a popular flavour for just about any dessert.
Ingredients:
- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Whipped cream (optional)
Direction:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs, olive oil, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
4. Divide the mixture evenly among the cupcake liners, pressing it down firmly with your fingers or the back of a spoon to form a crust.
5. Bake the crusts for about 5 minutes, or until they are slightly firm. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
6. Once the crusts have cooled, fill each one with a spoonful of whipped cream, if desired.
7. Place the pies in the fridge for at least an hour to set.
8. Serve chilled and enjoy your easy cookies and cream pies! You can top them with extra crushed Oreos or whipped cream for extra flavor and decoration. Enjoy!
