Easy Everyday Chicken Stir-Fry

This is a simple chicken stir-fry that I make often using my Charlie Stir-fry Sauce. I ‘velvet’ (tenderise) chicken breast, for that real-deal restaurant texture and juiciness. Total game changer!

Ingredients:

- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces

- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced

- 1 onion, thinly sliced

- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and pepper, to taste

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1 teaspoon dried basil

- 1 cup cooked rice (optional)

Direction:

1. In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

3. Add chicken pieces to the skillet and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 5-6 minutes until chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.

4. Add sliced onions, julienned bell peppers, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.

5. If desired, add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.

6. Serve the chicken stir-fry over rice or noodles for a complete meal. Enjoy!
