Green curry chicken sausage rolls

Re-create the classic Thai green curry with these mini sausage rolls loaded with fresh spicy flavours.


- 1 package green curry chicken sausages

- 1 sheet of puff pastry

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp curry powder

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- Salt and pepper

- Optional: 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)


1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).


2. Take out the puff pastry sheet from the freezer and let it thaw for 10-15 minutes.


3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, curry powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to create a marinade for the sausages.


4. Remove the sausages from their casings and place them in the marinade. Use your hands to coat the sausages evenly with the marinade.


5. Roll out the puff pastry sheet onto a floured surface. Cut the sheet into 6 equal rectangles.


6. Place a marinated sausage onto each rectangle and roll up the pastry, making sure to seal the edges by pressing them together with your fingers.


7. Place the sausage rolls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.


8. If desired, brush the rolls with beaten egg for a shiny, golden finish.


9. Bake the sausage rolls in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is crisp and golden brown.


10. Serve the green curry chicken sausage rolls warm as a delicious appetizer or snack. Enjoy!
