Instant Pot Last Minute Chicken–a fast and easy chicken tenderloin recipe that you can make when you don’t have a lot of time.

Ingredients:

- 1 lb chicken breast

- 1 tsp olive oil

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1 tsp dried oregano

- 1 tsp dried thyme

- 1 tsp salt

- 1 tsp black pepper

- 1 cup water

Direction:

1. Turn on the Instant Pot and select the "Saute" function.

2. While the Instant Pot is heating up, season both sides of the chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt and black pepper.

3. Once the Instant Pot is hot, add 1 tsp of olive oil to the pot.

4. Place the seasoned chicken breast in the Instant Pot and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.

5. Cancel the "Saute" function and add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot, making sure to deglaze the bottom of the pot.

6. Close the lid and make sure the valve is set to "Sealing".

7. Select the "Manual" or "Pressure Cook" function and set the timer for 8 minutes.

8. Once the timer goes off, allow the Instant Pot to naturally release the pressure for 5 minutes before manually releasing any remaining pressure.

9. Carefully open the lid and use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature of the chicken is at least 165°F.

10. If the chicken is not fully cooked, place it back in the Instant Pot and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

11. Once the chicken is fully cooked, take it out of the Instant Pot and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing or shredding.

12. Serve with your choice of side dishes and enjoy your delicious and easy Instant Pot Last Minute Chicken!
