Ingredients:

- 1 block of camembert cheese

- 1 box of Jatz crackers

- Olive oil

- Salt

- Pepper

- Dried thyme

- Dried oregano

- Dried parsley

Direction:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cut the camembert cheese into bite-sized cubes.

3. Crush the Jatz crackers and place them in a shallow dish.

4. In a separate bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano, and 1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley.

5. Dip each camembert cube into the oil and spice mixture, making sure to coat it evenly.

6. Roll the coated cheese cubes in the crushed Jatz crackers, pressing gently to ensure the crumbs stick to the cheese.

7. Place the Jatz-crumbed camembert bites on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle some olive oil over the top.

8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the Jatz crumbs are golden brown.

9. Serve the Jatz-crumbed camembert bites hot as an appetizer or snack. You can also add some honey or jam on top for a touch of sweetness. Enjoy!
