Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Assorted fresh vegetables (such as carrots, celery, bell peppers)
- Cooked shrimp
Direction:
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, dried dill, and salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
2. Prepare your vegetables by washing and cutting them into thin strips or bite-sized pieces.
3. In a pot of boiling water, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Drain and set aside.
4. Arrange the vegetables and shrimp on a platter or individual serving plates.
5. Serve the Old Bay rémoulade in a small bowl alongside the vegetables and shrimp.
6. To enjoy, dip the vegetables and shrimp into the rémoulade and enjoy the flavorful combination.
7. You can also use the rémoulade as a spread on sandwiches or as a sauce for grilled meats or seafood.
