One-Pan Honey Garlic Chicken

This One-Pan Honey Garlic Chicken is a one-way ticket to flavor town - juicy chicken thighs coated in a sticky, sweet sauce that will have you licking your plate clean!

-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

-1/4 cup honey

-3 cloves of garlic, minced

-2 tablespoons soy sauce

-1 tablespoon olive oil

-1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

-1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

-1/4 teaspoon salt

-1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

2. Place the chicken breasts in a large zip-top bag, and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.

3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts to the pan, reserving the marinade for later. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.

4. Pour the reserved marinade over the chicken in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium-low and let the chicken and sauce simmer for 3-5 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.

5. Serve the chicken over rice or with your favorite side dish. Drizzle any extra sauce from the pan over the chicken before serving. Enjoy your delicious and flavorful One-Pan Honey Garlic Chicken!
