Pork Stir Fry with Green Beans

A Pork Stir Fry with Green Beans that packs an amazing flavour punch for something with so few ingredients! You’ll love how it’s eaten with a spoon, and that it takes just over 10 minutes to make.

Ingredients:

- 1 pound pork, sliced into thin strips

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon honey

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- 1 cup water

- Cooked rice, for serving (optional)

Direction:

1. In a mixing bowl, toss the sliced pork with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.

3. Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

4. Add the marinated pork to the pan and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes, until it is fully cooked and slightly browned.

5. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.

6. In the same pan, add the green beans and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until they are slightly tender.

7. Return the pork to the pan with the green beans and stir to combine.

8. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the pork and green beans and stir until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.

9. Remove from heat and serve over cooked rice, if desired.

10. Garnish with additional black pepper and soy sauce, if desired.
