Direction:
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of self-raising flour, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar.
3. In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of Nutella, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
4. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add a little more milk. If it's too wet, add a little more flour.
5. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
6. Spread the 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries evenly on top of the dough.
7. Starting from one end, roll the dough into a log.
8. Cut the log into equal sized pieces, about 1 inch thick.
9. Place the scrolls on the prepared baking tray, leaving space between each one.
10. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the scrolls are golden brown.
11. Once done, let the scrolls cool for a few minutes before serving.
12. Optional: For an extra touch, drizzle some melted Nutella over the top of the scrolls before serving.
