Rosemary roast lamb chops

This one-pan lamb chops supper only requires some quick assembling - pack in the Mediterranean flavours then let the oven do the work




- 4 lamb chops

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder







1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a small bowl, mix together the dried rosemary, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

3. Rub the spice mixture evenly onto the lamb chops.

4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

5. Once the oil is hot, add the lamb chops to the skillet.

6. Sear the chops for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are browned.

7. Transfer the lamb chops to a baking dish and drizzle with a little bit of olive oil.

8. Bake the lamb chops in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

9. Once done, remove the lamb chops from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.

10. Serve the rosemary roast lamb chops hot with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
