Smoked salmon rolls with basil and chive dressing

- Smoked salmon

- Olive oil

- Salt

- Pepper

- Garlic powder

- Onion powder

- Dried basil

- Dried chives


1. Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Take the smoked salmon and lay it out on a cutting board. Cut the salmon into thin strips, about 2 inches wide.

3. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the salmon strips, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Use your hands to evenly coat the salmon with the seasonings.

4. Roll up each strip of salmon into a small roll and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5. Bake the salmon rolls in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges start to crisp up.

6. While the salmon is baking, prepare the basil and chive dressing. In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of dried basil, and 1 teaspoon of dried chives. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

7. Once the salmon rolls are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
