Who doesn't love sticky tender chicken wings? These are spiced with paprika and served with a ranch dressing.
Ingredients:
- Chicken wings (about 2 pounds)
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Onion powder
- Dried oregano
- Dried parsley
- Ranch dressing
Direction:
1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
2. In a small bowl, mix together 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, and 1 teaspoon of dried parsley. This will be your spice blend.
3. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Toss the wings to evenly coat them with the oil.
4. Sprinkle the spice blend over the chicken wings and toss again to make sure they are evenly coated.
5. Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure to leave some space between the wings so they can cook evenly.
6. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
7. While the wings are baking, prepare the ranch dressing. You can either make your own from scratch or use store-bought dressing.
8. Serve the chicken wings hot with a side of ranch dressing for dipping. Enjoy!
