Spinach & ricotta ravioli

Master the art of making pasta with our ravioli, filled with creamy ricotta, spinach and a runny egg yolk. For best results, use a pasta machine.


- 1 package of spinach and ricotta ravioli

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon dried basil

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)


1. Cook the spinach and ricotta ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.

3. Add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of dried basil, and 1 teaspoon of dried oregano to the pan. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

4. Add the cooked ravioli to the pan and toss to coat evenly with the seasoning and olive oil.

5. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

6. If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the ravioli before serving.

7. Serve hot and enjoy your simple yet delicious spinach and ricotta ravioli!
