- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, sumac, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. In a skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onions and red bell peppers, and cook until they are soft and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the lamb mixture to the skillet and cook until the meat is browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
5. Place the pita bread on a baking sheet and brush them with olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle some sumac and salt on top.
6. Spoon the lamb mixture onto the pita bread, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the meat.
7. Bake the pides in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the pita bread are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
8. Once done, remove the pides from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle chopped parsley and pomegranate seeds on top for added freshness and flavor.
9. Serve the sumac-spiced lamb pides warm and enjoy as a delicious and flavorful meal. You can also add some tzatziki sauce or hummus on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
