Sweet and Spicy Pork and Napa Cabbage Stir-Fry with Spicy Noodles

A Thai sweet chili sauce gives this pork cabbage stir-fry dish a sweet and spicy flavor that my kids love. You can adjust the heat level by adding more or less sauce or adding additional red pepper flakes if you like it hot.

Ingredients:

- 1 head of Napa cabbage

- 1 package of spicy noodles

- Olive oil

- Seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder)

- Dried spices (red pepper flakes, cumin, paprika)

Direction:

1. Start by preparing the spicy noodles according to package instructions. Set aside.

2. Cut the Napa cabbage into thin slices, discarding the tough core.

3. In a pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.

4. Add the Napa cabbage to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until it starts to wilt.

5. Season the cabbage with salt, pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder. Stir to evenly coat the cabbage.

6. Add 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon of cumin, and 1 teaspoon of paprika to the pan. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the cabbage is tender.

7. Add the cooked spicy noodles to the pan and mix everything together.

8. Drizzle with a little more olive oil and sprinkle with additional red pepper flakes for extra spiciness, if desired.

9. Serve the Napa cabbage stir-fry with spicy noodles hot and enjoy! Optional: you can top with some chopped green onions or sesame seeds for garnish.
