Turkey, camembert and cranberry sausage scrolls

Roll turkey mince, cranberry and camembert with buttery puff pastry for a quick and easy snack everyone will enjoy.


- 1 sheet of puff pastry

- 4 turkey and camembert sausages

- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Dried thyme, for garnish (optional)


1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).


2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Using a rolling pin, stretch it out slightly to make it a little thinner.


3. In a small bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.


4. Spread the cranberry mixture evenly over the puff pastry sheet, leaving a small border around the edges.


5. Place the turkey and camembert sausages on top of the cranberry mixture, making sure they are evenly spaced out.


6. Starting from one end, carefully roll the puff pastry sheet towards the other end, making sure it is tightly wrapped around the sausages.


7. Use a sharp knife to cut the rolled puff pastry into 1-inch slices.


8. Place the slices onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between them.


9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the sausages are cooked through.


10. Once done, remove from the oven and let the sausage scrolls cool for a few minutes before serving.


11. Sprinkle some dried thyme over the top for added flavor and garnish (optional).
