An easy chocolate chip cookie recipe for soft biscuits with a squidgy middle that will impress family and friends. Make plenty as they're sure to be a hit
Ingredients:
- 1 package of vintage chocolate chip cookies
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of sugar

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Using your hands, crumble the vintage chocolate chip cookies into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
3. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the crumbled cookies and mix well until all the pieces are coated.
4. In a small bowl, mix together 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 cup of sugar.
5. Pour the seasoning mixture over the crumbled cookies and mix well, making sure all the pieces are evenly coated.
6. Spread the cookie crumble mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
9. The chocolate chip cookie crumble can be enjoyed on its own as a snack, or used as a topping for ice cream, yogurt, or any other dessert. Enjoy!
